Starbucks Barista Aroma

I have a Starbucks Barista Aroma 12 cup coffee maker that wont brew a full pot of coffee!?

I Just recently pulled it from storage, and put it to work, but when I press the brew button, it only brews barley enough for 1 cup. I can't seem to get it to brew a complete pot. Ive ran some vinegar & water threw it, even though there is some water deposits coming out of the pot, it still shuts off as if it runs out of water? what can I do to fix it.

maybe it needs a new part. maybe going to starbucks and asking them would help
