A lot of the poems here are so depressing how about some funny ones?
Here is one that I did called At The Card Shop.
I went to find a birthday card, a task to do with ease;
instead of humor what I found was row on row of sleaze.
Go get drunk one card suggests a Hallmark I believe,
I finally feel its time to learn what they have up their sleeve.
Stay out late another has:break your diet into shards.
Now follow all of our advise. We want to sell more cards.
Nice poem... being funny is quite sweet
And most of all can always beat
Any depressing thought or melancholy wave
As the days bring us more and more pain...
Heart ache, mind games and solitude...
