keurig single serve coffee system?
I just opened it & the hot chocolate is sooooo weak. Is this on anyone elses. Why is that. The coffee tastes good so far but hot chocolate I wasted so many packets already to figure out what I'm doing wrong. Any body else have this problem & what did you do about it?
We had one at a car dealership I worked at. It was neat and made awesome teas and gourmet coffees. The weak point was certainly the hot chocolate. It's unacceptable and should be made a different way. It's not your way or your machine...it's simply a weak link in the manufacturing apparently and my thought is it cant release as much powder as it needs during brewing since the hole is too small for so much product. Forget about it if you bought the machine for tea and coffee.
