I want to know what top for kitchen stove is easiest to clean stainless or black top?
Also what brand is best? Also looking for french door with water and ice fridge. What brand is best?
If by black top you mean glass top, I would say no. I had a glass cooktop in my last house and it never seemed to clean up streak free no matter what I used. I have stainless now and it's a snap to clean up and stays nice with a stainless cleaner. I looked at the french door refrigerators and decided against them but I did note that of the three models available, only one of them held the icemaker inside the door. The other two took up space in your top shelving area which sort of defeated the extra space idea. I believe the three brands were Kenmore, Whirlpool and LG and with the exception of the icemaker placement all were about the same. In the end, it was the bottom freezer idea that ruled them out for the price.
